The 11th Russian Internet Governance Forum (RIGF 2021) will take place in the Expocentre Central Exhibition Complex. This year, those who wanted to express their opinion on internet development took part in compiling a program for the forum. A collection of themes for the upcoming forum was organized. As a result, the forum has acquired an extensive program consisting of seven sessions and a youth track.
Over three days speakers and other RIGF 2021 participants will discuss information security, trust in the internet, the regulation of social networks, data sovereignty, the use of artificial intelligence and many other important issues linked with internet development, the formation of the eco system of internet governance and international cooperation.
In addition, a special course will be conducted on the eve of the forum for young people that are interested in developing and using the internet and technology. Detailed information on the themes of RIGF sessions will be presented during the course. In collaboration with the invited experts, participants will formulate theses that will form the foundation for proposals on the drafting of a youth message at the first Youth RIGF.
On April 6, 2021, Skoltech will host the first Youth RIGF 2021. It will be attended by high school graduates, undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students, and anyone under 30 who is interested in information technology.
